Through a series of workshops with Dr. Nicole Hodges Persley and her ITT (Interactive Theater Troupe) students from KU, local high school students created video stories about their own migration experiences. The workshops, titled “Reframed,” used improvisational theater practices to create opportunities for immigrant youth to identify, document, and perform important aspects of their narratives that are often lost when moving from one national space to another.
